This agreement is effective from the date that the user accepted this agreement and will continue for as long as he/she is a member of eswapnow.com.

This agreement may be altered, or terminated by eswapnow.com at any stage, without having to give notice to its members.

Eswapnow.com has the right to suspend or terminate any member’s access to the eswapnow.com web site and service if the user breaches any part of this agreement or if Eswapnow.com deems that the user is performing activities harmful to Eswapnow.com, its suppliers or other members or is breaching UK law.

When an account is terminated or suspended for the above mentioned reasons, Eswapnow.com will not offer any refund on credits gained or membership fees.

The member by joining agrees to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding the use of Eswapnow.com web site and service, a members listings and a members requests.

If a member is found to have any such items in their library or swapping or sending such items to other members, their membership will be terminated immediately without any refund offered on credits or membership subscription.

It is strictly forbidden to upload, add to library, swap or send to another member, copies of original items (music, films, games or books). If a member is found to have any such items in their library or to be swapping or sending such items to other members, their membership will be terminated immediately without any refund offered on credits or membership subscription.

Eswapnow.com does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous or secure access to the service.

Eswapnow.com is not responsible for member’s error, a member’s inability to contact Eswapnow.com, network interruptions or slow downs, server problems including disconnections, or hacker interference.

Eswapnow.com uses high-level security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection of member’s information.

Eswapnow.com is in no event or circumstance responsible or liable for lost profits or any damages arising out of or in connection with our service and web site, or this agreement (however arising, including negligence). Our liability, and the liability of our suppliers, to members or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the member’s cost of services at the time of entering into the agreement.

Eswapnow.com is in no event responsible for any losses of items arising from the use of the Eswapnow.com web site or service (including the postage process). Nor is it liable for any damages or costs arising from any dispute between members.
